Who We Are
The Brownstone Foundation, Inc., is a Georgia Non-Profit organization with 501 (c) (3) status with the charter to provide financial assistance, resources, and sponsor academic programs to students in need. Our mission is to "Bridge the Gap" of the student by offering grants, scholarships, and programs that provide the tools and resources for their academic, artistic, and athletic success.
Funding Approach
Funding for The Brownstone Foundation comes through direct contributions in addition to grants and donations received to:

Invest in Targeted Projects, Programs, and Resources that have a specific result for identified students rather than general causes and initiatives.

Focus on Immediate Needs and Programs that have a clear line of sight with regards to impact, outcomes, and objectives that can be accomplished in less than one year.

Provide Active Engagement with the administration, guidance, or consulting activities related to carrying out the activities of the foundation.
Program Areas
Academics

Scholarships and grants for areas such as tuition assistance, scholarships, academic fees, membership dues, standardized testing and college prep.

Provide support for educational programs, workshops, and financial aid for extracurricular enrichment that enhance academic performance.
Athletics

Provide financial support and material donations to the student athlete for equipment, training, travel related expenses, membership and association dues.
Fine Arts

Provide financial support and material donations for equipment (instruments, costumes, etc), lessons/instruction, travel related expenses.
